Aki Traar is a producer and sound designer from Vienna. His latest release “Helix Bruise“ is a bright response to life in a dystopian metropolis. The productions seamlessly merge genre features of post-club, industrial and hip-hop, with a strong focus on sound design, using the personal computer as a limitless musical instrument. The fast-paced digital world and internet culture as well as local influences and mythical stories inform and shape the musical worlds of Aki Traar.
